Plan Review
Full code review before a shovel goes in the ground.
A report you can actually act on.
An inspection is only useful if the person reading it knows exactly what to do next. Every report we issue names the specific condition, cites the code section, and says what corrects it.
No ambiguous middle ground, and nothing that takes three phone calls to decode.
In every report
- Pass or correction list. No ambiguous middle ground
- The code section cited on every correction, so nobody has to argue about it
- Photos where they help and nowhere they do not
- Re-inspection scheduled in the same conversation
Before you call.
We are a State of Ohio certified third-party agency, and our inspectors hold ICC certifications in the disciplines we inspect. Whether we can work in a specific jurisdiction depends on that jurisdiction's arrangement with third-party agencies. Tell us where the project is and we will tell you straight away.
Send the request with the date the work will actually be ready and we will confirm a scheduled window back to you in writing. Our whole model is built on being close by, so travel time is rarely the constraint.
Often, yes. That is one of the advantages of being certified across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire, solar, and structural work. Tell us everything that will be ready and we will combine what we can.
You get a correction list with the code section cited for each item, and we get the re-inspection on the schedule. We are not trying to catch anybody out. The goal is a compliant building and a project that keeps moving.
It depends on the work and the jurisdiction. Permitted work is inspected under the authority of the building department, so start by asking us about your specific project.
Get it on the schedule.
Send the job details and we will come back with a confirmed window.
